The Weighty Update is back...as am I

OK I want to apologize for being gone for almost a week...I'm getting back on track after many many many birthdays this month and lots of work at home...and some special time pretending to be a stay at home mom for a few days...I wish I wasn't pretending though, but we're working on that as well. ANYWAY here's the update:

Starting Weight: 264.4 lbs.
New Weight: 221.4 lbs.
Weight Lost this week: 1.8 lbs.
Total lost: 43 lbs

Not bad...hanging in there.

way to go! i'm still stuck at 216/217. of course, i haven't been exercising lately. just been tired as heck, but gonna push myself through the tiredness. i'll have to read down further to see what you're doing to lose weight :)
