On the up side Body fat went way down so I know it's muscle, but still!

Ya know, this weight thing sure sucks some weeks. All I have been eating is veggies and I can feel all the water retaining in me and I am gaining as well ! ugh. Is there no end is sight. . . . ! *sigh*
