Ok, all the weight that I lost back a few years ago I've pretty much put all of it back on again. This time I've got a goal of simply being healthier, but my 40th birthday in September. I'm using My Fitness Pal to track both my exercise and my caloric intake. I will try my best to update at least the weight loss ticker and give you occassional updates.
