I am still in shock!!! So were the people I work with and we work in News so very little shocks us! Can you believe this about Heath Ledger?

Just sharing my shock...it's not like I knew the man, but I really don't know what to say!

Here it is your weekly "weighty" update

Good News! I've crossed the 30 pound mark!!! My weight at my visit today was down 2.8 lbs which brings the grand total too: (drumroll please) 32.4 lbs so I now weigh 232.0 lbs(that's down from 264.4 lbs for those keeping track)
